Free Shipping on all orders over $140 AUD
Flat rate for standard shipping $9.99 for all orders under $140 AUD.
Flat rate for Express shipping $19.99 (3 - 5 business days)
International
Shipping cost to countries outside of Australia is a flat rate of: $19.99 AUD
Please be aware that Baby Empire takes no responsibility for taxes or duties levied by the Customs Department in a customers home country and for lost parcels. We recommend using a tracked + signature service.
International shipment costs do not cover any applicable taxes or duties levied by the Customs Department in a customers home country. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of the Customs legislation in their country and settle any charge
COVID-19
Please note that due to Covid-19 our courier partners are largely doing contact free deliveries. This may mean that they will leave your parcel in a safe place upon delivery. They will still knock to make you aware that they have been to deliver your goods. Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and nominating an address that someone will be at home to receive the parcel.
Baby Empire does not assume liability or responsibility for any loss or damage once a parcel has been safely left at your nominated address.
If you are not usually home to receive parcels during business hours please nominate a work or other address where someone can receive your parcel or where it is safe to be left.
REFUNDS & RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product because you've simply changed your mind, that's okay! we can offer a credit note for the purchase price of the goods. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Faulty
If your products have arrived damaged, we are happy to replace or exchange the products. Please email us within 14 days of delivered products to ensure we can help you.
Email:info@thebabyempire.com with your order number, proof of purchase and the problem and photos of the issue.
Please note, our bamboo/wood products need to be taken care of (care instruction under product information). unfortunately we can not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products that have not followed our care instructions.
Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email us at info@thebabyempire.com
RETURNED MAIL.
In the event your parcel is returned to Baby Empire for any reason such as an incorrect address from the customer, non payment of duties, non collection a $20 AUD admin fee will be charged to the customer.
A refund or re delivery can be arranged in accordance to the customers individual circumstance. If a refund is provided the amount refunded will be less the original postage charge and admin fee. A re delivery fee will be charged if the customer chooses to have their order redelivered.
Baby Empire reserves the right to refuse re delivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.
SALE ITEMS:
No refunds or exchanges will be given for sale, clearance. If the product is faulty please see above 'REFUNDS & RETURNS' section
